Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MoHoNav app and website, operated by Zynaptik ("we", "us") in the United Kingdom. By using MoHoNav you accept them. They are written to be read, not skimmed — especially the first section, which matters every time you drive.
You are always the driver. MoHoNav provides route guidance based on mapping data that may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Road signage, legal restrictions and real-world conditions always take precedence over anything the app tells you. You are responsible at all times for observing signs and limits, for driving safely and legally, and for judging whether a road is suitable for your vehicle. Never interact with the app while driving.
What MoHoNav is
MoHoNav plans routes that take account of the vehicle dimensions you provide — height, width, length and weight — and helps you find motorhome-relevant stops. The quality of its suggestions depends on the accuracy of the dimensions you enter and of third-party map data; check both.
Testing phase and future pricing
MoHoNav is currently offered free of charge while in testing. We plan to introduce paid features in future; if that happens, you will be told clearly in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement. During testing the service may change, break, or be unavailable without notice, and data may occasionally be reset.
Fair use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service, scrape it at scale, or submit false restriction reports. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The MoHoNav app, brand and content belong to Zynaptik. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors; routing is powered by HERE. Your vehicle profiles and saved places remain yours.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoHoNav is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on routing information, from service unavailability, or from data loss during the testing phase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them as the service evolves; the effective date above will change and significant updates will be flagged in the app. Questions: hello@mohonav.com.
